Duane A. Carr
Mr. Carr was elected as the Montcalm County Prosecutor in 1972, and served the county in that office until 1978.  Mr. Carr also served as a bank director from 1980 until retiring from that position in 2008. Duane A. Carr is a 1964 graduate of Central Michigan University and a 1970 graduate of Wayne State University Law School, and was admitted to practice by the State Bar of Michigan in 1970.

Keeley D. Heath
Keeley Heath is a 2002 graduate of Grand Valley State University and a 2005 graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  She was admitted to practice by the State Bar of Michigan in November of 2005. A longtime resident of Montcalm County, Ms. Heath represents clients in a broad range of cases, including criminal and civil litigation, estate planning, and business planning.
